Welcome to ZenLabs s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Shopify store zenlabs.store (the “Store”) and the purchase of our products.
By using our Store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Sale

ZenLabs offers nutritional and dietary supplements compliant with applicable EU and Slovak food and labeling regulations, including Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Our products are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. They are sold exclusively for personal use.

We currently ship to:

  • Germany

  • Hungary

  • Poland

  • Romania

  • Spain

  • France

  • Italy

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old;

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

  • Provide accurate and complete order and contact details.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are placed directly through our Store.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Payment is not authorized,

  • A product is out of stock,

  • Or there is a pricing or description error.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay 

An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary by country and are displayed during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us by email at info@zenlabs.store; and

  • Return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

⚠️ Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Product Information and Disclaimer

We strive to ensure that product information (including ingredients, dosage, and usage) is accurate and up to date.
However, labels and formulations may change. Always read the product label before use.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements, particularly if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding,

  • Take prescription medication, or

  • Have an existing medical condition.

We disclaim responsibility for misuse or misunderstanding of product information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenLabs s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our Store or products;

  • Incorrect use of products;

  • Delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and applicable Slovak data protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All Store content, including text, product images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to ZenLabs s.r.o. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Reproduction or distribution of any material without prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
