If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@zenlabs.store — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).
Note: During peak periods, product launches, or sales campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.
We ship through trusted logistics partners such as:
Packeta / Zásielkovňa (pickup point or home delivery)
Slovenská pošta (Slovak Post)
DHL / GLS / DPD (for international deliveries)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value — this will be clearly shown during checkout.

You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

All prices displayed on our Store include VAT for EU customers.
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
However, if you are ordering outside the EU (if applicable), your country may impose import duties or additional taxes, which are your responsibility.
ZenLabs s.r.o. is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by local authorities.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:
Re-shipment costs; or
A restocking fee (if the order is cancelled).
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If your package does not arrive within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
Take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately.
Do not discard the packaging.

We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement or refund.
